You’ll have to pay a bit more, but higher-end products will help achieve a better look and leave hair healthier in the long term.

3. You should use a conditioner
You have the option of not applying the conditioner daily but washing the hair daily is strongly recommended in order to eliminate all the junk out of your hair especially when you use a styling product.
4. USE YOUR FINGERS AS A COMB
Using your fingers is less stressful to the hair than using a comb – and if you’re using a conditioner (as suggested) – tangles shouldn’t be an issue.
5. Oil your hair at least twice or thrice a week
Oiling your hair will give the nourishment it requires and stop hair fall (if any). While oiling, remember to apply directly into the scalp.

They’re too harsh for your precious strands and will leave your lid dry and full of residue.
2. Over use the styling product
Overusing any styling product would damage your hair to the extent that it breaks on a daily basis.
Smoking is not recommended to have a good and healthy hair. Smoking too much causes your hair stink, will dry it out and increase the chances of breakage.
4. Wash your hair with extremely hot water
Anything too hot is bad for your hair in general. So, wash your hair with lukewarm water to prevent the frequent breakage!
5. WAIT TOO LONG BETWEEN HAIRCUTS
Even if you’re growing hair out, it’s important to get a cut to clean up split ends, damaged hair and other nonsense.
