5 Things You Should and Shouldn’t Do To Have A Good Hair

These days so many people are going bald because of habits they have developed over time. And those who have are either not taking good care of their hair or ignorant of the problems they will face as they grow old. Your hair like any other body parts need grooming. The healthier you keep your hair the better it is for its growth.

Here are some of the thing you should do to keep your hair healthy:

1. Use a quality styling product

You’ll have to pay a bit more, but higher-end products will help achieve a better look and leave hair healthier in the long term.

2. BALD IS BETTER THAN BALDING

If you are losing your hair then try to make it short or take it off.

3. You should use a conditioner

You have the option of not applying the conditioner daily but washing the hair daily is strongly recommended in order to eliminate all the junk out of your hair especially when you use a styling product.

4. USE YOUR FINGERS AS A COMB

Using your fingers is less stressful to the hair than using a comb – and if you’re using a conditioner (as suggested) – tangles shouldn’t be an issue.

5. Oil your hair at least twice or thrice a week

Oiling your hair will give the nourishment it requires and stop hair fall (if any). While oiling, remember to apply directly into the scalp.

You Shouldn’t

1. USE BAR SOAPS ON HAIR

They’re too harsh for your precious strands and will leave your lid dry and full of residue.

2. Over use the styling product

Overusing any styling product would damage your hair to the extent that it breaks on a daily basis.

3. SMOKE

Smoking is not recommended to have a good and healthy hair. Smoking too much causes your hair stink, will dry it out and increase the chances of breakage.

4. Wash your hair with extremely hot water

Anything too hot is bad for your hair in general. So, wash your hair with lukewarm water to prevent the frequent breakage!

5. WAIT TOO LONG BETWEEN HAIRCUTS

Even if you’re growing hair out, it’s important to get a cut to clean up split ends, damaged hair and other nonsense.
